send you a replacement at no charge. We are sorry but cash/credit refunds are
not available at this time. MISCELLANEOUS

personally identifiable information from individuals under the age of eighteen
years of age. Where appropriate, SGL PRODUCTIONS will specifically instruct

us with personally identifiable information, a parent or gaurdian of that child

Jurisdiction. This visitor agreement has been made in and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. By using this service, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in your county and state, in all disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement or this Web site.
